As a Chief Product and Engineering officer, Mr. Pragadeeswaran leads Unipro Tech Solutions and RetailPOS’s development and deployment strategy. With over 20 years of experience in software and technology, he is a proven leader with the ability to deliver successful enterprise software products. Started his career as a developer, his expertise encompasses software Delivery Leadership, Product Development, Enterprise Application Solutioning and Driving Strategic Initiatives. He has demonstrated excellence in handling International Delivery across geographies and also has a wide experience in developing and managing successful products using the SaaS delivery model.
Pragadeeswaran’s notable track record includes industry leading solutions in areas such as Factory Planning, Manufacturing Execution System, Distribution and Retail Solutions, e-commerce and B2B integration. A degree in Physics and Masters in Computer science, Pragadeeswaran also holds a Doctorate. He loves to cook and is an avid reader of books on management, strategy, leadership and Tamil literature.
